1307.05   TYPES OF INSPECTIONS.
   The Building Inspector upon notification from the permit holder or his agent shall make the following inspections of buildings and shall either approve the portion of the construction as completed or notify the permit holder or his agent wherein the same fails to comply with the law:
   (a)   Footing inspection shall be made after the basement and/or trenches are excavated and forms erected. The permit holder or his agent will be responsible for showing the Inspector that the elevation of the footings is such that the finish ground grade around the building will conform with the approved grading plan.
   (b)   Foundation and waterproofing inspections shall be made after the foundation walls are completed and before backfilling.
   (c)   Basement floor and slab inspection shall be made before basement floors or concrete slabs are poured.
   (d)   Framing inspection shall be made after the roof, all the framing, fireblocking and bracing is in place and all pipes, chimneys and vents are complete.
   (e)   Plumbing inspections shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1331.
   (f)   Electrical inspections shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1351.
   (g)   Heating, ventilating and air conditioning inspections shall be made in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 1341.
   (h)   Grading inspection shall be made after the site is finish graded and before sodding and seeding.
   (i)   Final inspection shall be made after the building is completed and ready for occupancy.
