(a) The fee for moving buildings or structures of one thousand (1,000) cubic feet or more is prescribed in the fee schedule, plus a required one thousand dollars ($1,000) bond.
(b) Buildings or structures eight (8) feet or less in width, and not more than one thousand (1,000) cubic feet do not require a permit.
