The purpose of this chapter is to provide a standard by which an applicant may prepare, submit, and gain approval of plans for new buildings, alterations, and accessory structures; to provide uniformity with City Ordinances, current code requirements, and life and health safety concerns; and to provide a service to City residents which will better the City and neighborhoods.
