1303.09 COOPERATION OF OTHER OFFICIALS.

The Chief Building and Zoning Official may request and shall receive so far as may be necessary, in the discharge of his or her duties, the assistance and cooperation of the City Engineer in fixing grades, the Chief of Police in enforcing orders, the Director of Law in prosecuting violations, and other City officials.
