Upon presentation of proper credentials, the Chief Building and Zoning Official or his or her duly authorized representative may enter at reasonable times any building, structure or premises in the City to perform any duty imposed on him or her by the Building Code. No person shall in any way obstruct, hinder, delay or otherwise interfere with the Inspector or his or her duly authorized representative in such an entrance.
