1303.02   ENFORCEMENT BY THE CHIEF BUILDING AND ZONING OFFICIAL.
   The Chief Building an Zoning Official is authorized and directed to enforce the provisions of the Building Code. For such purpose, he or she shall have the powers of a police officer.
