1135.04   ZONING MAP INTERPRETATION.
   When definite distances in feet are not shown on the zoning map, the district boundaries on the zoning map are intended to be along existing street, alley or property lines or extensions of the same, and the exact location shall be as shown by supplemental detail drawings or rules of interpretation adopted by the concurring vote of three members of the Planning Commission.
