(a) Any person or corporation who violates any provision of this Zoning Code or fails to comply therewith, or with any of the requirements thereof, or builds or alters any building in a manner which does not conform to any detailed statement or plans submitted and approved thereunder shall, for each and every violation, nonconformity or noncompliance be guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined in Section 501.99
(b) of the Codified Ordinances. Except that on the 11th offense, and every offense thereafter committed within a twelve-month period, the person or corporation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as defined in Section 501.99
(b).
(b) Any person or corporation who violates any restriction or requirement imposed by Council shall, for each and every violation, nonconformity or noncompliance be guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined in Section 501.99
(b) of the Codified Ordinances. Except that on the 11th offense, and every offense thereafter committed within a twelve-month period, the person or corporation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree as defined in Section 501.99
(b).
(c) Each day any such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. The owner or owners of any building or premises, or part thereof, where anything in violation of this Code, restriction or requirement is placed or exists and any architect, builder, contractor, agent, person or corporation employed in connection therewith, and who has committed or assisted in the commission of any such violation, shall be guilty of a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined as provided in this section.
