1103.07 CONSTRUCTION LAYOUT.

All construction layout shall be performed by a licensed engineer or surveyor at no cost to the City. Cut sheets shall be prepared for all sewers and waterlines following the format established by the City. At least two copies of all cut sheets shall be delivered to the Director of Public Service and one copy to the City Engineer prior to beginning any work.
