939.06 STORM SEWER USE REQUIRED.

Stormwater and non-stormwater discharges as allowable in Section 973.02(b) and authorized by an NPDES permit or exempt from NPDES permit regulations shall be discharged to such sewers as are specifically designated as storm sewers or to a natural outlet approved by the City.
