901.02 DEDICATION OF PUBLIC BUILDINGS AND LANDS.

All public buildings and land deemed by Council to be a commemorated building or piece of land shall be so done by an ordinance of Council after a public hearing is held. Such public hearing shall be advertised in a newspaper of general circulation within the City.
