727.15   REQUIRED RECORDS.
   The owner of a tow truck shall maintain an accurate and complete file of transport sheets for each driver that is employed including the owner, if he is also an operator. The transport sheet shall be filed by date of occurrence and retained for a period of six months. Upon the request of the Director of Public Safety or his designee, these records shall be immediately available for inspection.
