(a) The limit in any such insurance policy described in Section 727.11 of such liability of the insured on account of the ownership, maintenance, and use of each tow truck shall not be less than fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) for bodily injuries to or death of one person, and subject to such limit as to injury or death of one person; one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) on account of any one accident resulting in injuries to or death of more than one person; and twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) on account of legally liable damage to property in any one accident.
(b) Fire, theft and explosion liability policy shall be in a minimum amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
