727.09   LICENSE DENIAL, SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION.
The Administrator may deny the issuance of any tow truck owner's or operator's license to any person who fails to furnish satisfactory evidence of a good moral character, or to any person who, upon investigation, clearly lacks qualifications and fitness to be licensed under this chapter. Any license granted or issued pursuant to the terms of this chapter to an owner or an operator may be suspended or revoked at any time by the Administrator or Director upon satisfactory proof of the violation of any provision of this chapter, or upon satisfactory proof of the violation of any of the rules and regulations which the Director promulgates pursuant to Section 727.16, or for any of the reasons which could have been grounds for the refusal to issue an original license. If a license is suspended or revoked, such license shall be surrendered to the Administrator's office within five days of notification of such suspension or revocation.
