727.07 ASSIGNMENT OR TRANSFER OF LICENSES.

(a) No license issued for any tow truck under the provisions of this chapter shall be assigned or transferred to any other tow truck without the approval of the Administrator.

(b) No license issued to any tow truck operator under the provisions of this chapter shall be assigned or transferred to any other person.
