(a) Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which an offense occurs or continues.
(b) Any licensee, in addition to being subject to the provisions of subsection (a) hereof, may have his license revoked by the Director of Public Service for any violation of the provisions herein or of the rules and regulations established by the Director.
