(a) Any licensed company shall pay to the City on January 1, each year, seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per cab in service, prorated to date of acquisition, as a licensing fee in the City until changed by Council.
(b) Any licensed driver shall pay to the City on January 1, each year, fifteen dollars ($15.00), prorated to date of acquisition, as a licensing fee in the City until changed by Council.
