Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and may be subject to a fine of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per day, impound of the vehicle, or revocation of the permit. Each day on which a street vendor is in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
