Each licensee, licensed under the provisions of this chapter, within ten days after changing his address, shall appear at the office of the Director of Public Safety and cause to be made upon the license issued his change of address. As used in this section "address" means a place as one in which a business is conducted if a firm, corporation, partnership or association, or a place at which such licensee has bed or lodging for an individual.
