(a) A person who violates any provision of this chapter or a requirement of a Special Event Permit shall be guilty of a separate offense for each day or part of a day during which the violation is committed or continued.
(b) Each offense is punishable by a fine of up to $2,000 for any violation of a provision of this Chapter or a requirement of a Special Event Permit, including fire safety, zoning, or public health and sanitation, including dumping of refuse, for persons, other than individuals.
(c) Any individual, who violates any provision of this chapter, or a requirement of a Special Event Permit, including fire safety, zoning, or public health and sanitation, including dumping or refuse, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
