(a) No person shall store at any time in any powder house or magazine within the City limits a quantity of gunpowder or other similar explosive weighing in excess of 100 pounds.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
