537.19 FALSE CALLS TO TAXICABS.

(a) No person shall knowingly give a false order or make a false request of a taxicab or automobile company or of any person owning or operating a taxicab or automobile business, for the hire or rental of a vehicle, taxicab or automobile.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of false calls to taxicabs, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
