529.09 SALE OR GIFT ON SUNDAYS.

(a) No sales of intoxicating liquor shall be made after 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, except that intoxicating liquor may be sold on Sunday under authority of a permit which authorizes Sunday sale.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
