(a) No person shall have in the person’s possession, or in the person’s custody or under the person’s control, any table game or device commonly known as a pin game, pinball game or marble game, the operation, use or play of which is controlled by placing therein any token, coin, plate, disc, plug, key or other device, or by the payment of a fee.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
