The Director of Public Safety shall announce his intention to act pursuant to and under the authority granted by Sections 305.04 and 305.10 by filing notice thereof with the Clerk of Council. Such action shall become effective thirty days from the date of the filing of notice unless a majority of the Safety Committee of Council and/or Council, by resolution, otherwise designates.
