Whoever violates any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Upon subsequent conviction, such individual shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than sixty days, or both, in addition to any other penalties imposed by this chapter.
