(a) The Mayor may appoint a qualified Magistrate as set forth in Ohio R.C. 1905.03, 1905.031 and 1905.05, to conduct Mayor's Court, who shall meet the educational requirements of Mayor's Court Rule 3, Mayor's Court Education and Procedure Rules.
(b) A Mayor's Court Magistrate appointed by the Mayor pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1905.05 shall be compensated as established from time to time in the City's annual budget as a part-time employee of the City.
