The first appointments by the Mayor to the appointive positions on the City Planning Commission, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Park Board and the Civil Service Commission shall be made for terms of two, four and six years, beginning on November 16, 1959. The Mayor shall indicate the term to which each person is being named. Thereafter, as terms expire, appointments to such boards and commissions shall be made for a full term of six years.
