SECTION 3.07 DUTIES OF ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.
   The Administrative Assistant shall coordinate, supervise and direct; subject to the authority of the Mayor, and in conformity with this Charter, the ordinances of the City and State and national laws; all the administrative activities of the City except those expressly confided to other agencies by this Charter. Among other duties he shall:
   (1)   Prepare the budget estimates and the appropriation ordinance annually and submit them to the Mayor for transmittal to the Council.
   (2)   Prepare and submit annually a complete public report on the finances of the City and on the administrative activities of each department, board and commission for the preceding year (State of the City). This report shall be published on the City’s website on or before June 30.
   (3)   Perform such other duties, not inconsistent with this Charter, as may be required by the Mayor or by ordinance. (Amended 11-7-17)
