SECTION 2.01 NUMBER, SELECTION AND TERM.

The Council shall consist of seven (7) members. Each ward shall elect one (1) resident member for a four-year term. Two (2) members shall be elected at-large for a four-year term with one seat being elected in the opposite election of the Mayor. (Amended 11-7-17)
