SECTION 10.10 TERMS AND ADDITION OF TWO COUNCIL MEMBERS.

The Council At-Large seat shall transition to a four (4) year term beginning with the 2021 election. The addition of an additional Council At-Large seat shall occur with the 2023 election. The addition of a Ward 5 Council Member shall first occur with the election in 2023 for a two (2) year term, then in 2025 for a full four (4) year term. (Added 11-7-17)
