(a) It shall be unlawful to vape, smoke or carry lighted cigarettes, pipes, cigars, other tobacco products or smoking materials within all areas of public parks leased or owned by the City, which have been wholly designated as smoke free zones.
(b) Strict liability is intended for a violation of this section.
