As used in the Fire Prevention Code:
(a) "Municipality" means the City of Grove City.
(b) "Corporation counsel" means the City Solicitor.

(c) "Bureau of Fire Prevention" means the Director of Public Safety or other officer of the City designated to enforce the provisions of the Ohio Fire Code, 2007, and all subsequent changes or additions thereto.
