The document entitled the Iowa State Building Code, established pursuant to Chapter 103A of the Code of Iowa, is adopted by reference as the building code of the City, and is made a part hereof as if fully set out in this chapter. An official copy of the Iowa State Building Code, including official copies of the codes adopted therein, is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
