No person shall park a motor truck, semi- trailer, motor home or other motor vehicle with trailer attached which exceeds ninety-six (96) inches in width or thirty-six (36) feet in length on any street for a period longer than twelve (12) hours except when such vehicles are actually engaged in the delivery or receiving of merchandise or cargo or making necessary minor repairs.
