No person, except physicians or other persons on emergency calls, shall park a vehicle on any of the following named streets or locations between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day.
A. Fourth Avenue, on both sides, from West Street to Broad Street.
B. Fifth Avenue, on both sides, from West Street to Broad Street.
C. Broad Street, on both sides, from the railroad to Sixth Avenue.
D. Main Street, on both sides, from the railroad to Sixth Avenue.
E. Main Street, on both sides, from the railroad to Sixth Avenue.
F. Park Street, on the east side, from Fourth Avenue to Fifth Avenue.
G. Park Street on the west side from Sixth Avenue to Eighth Avenue.
H. On the east side and north side of the municipal parking lot located at the 700 block of Fourth Avenue.
I. On Commercial Street between Main Street and Broad Street.
J. On the north side of Seventh Avenue from Broad Street to Park Street.
K. On the north side of Ninth Avenue from Broad Street to Park Street.
L. Fourth Avenue, on the north side, from West Street to Spring Street.
M. Eleventh Avenue, on the north side, from West Street to Broad Street.

2. The following avenues are designated as no parking, between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5 a.m., on the south side on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday and no parking on the north side on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday:
A. Fourth Avenue from Broad Street to State Street.
B. Fifth Avenue from Broad Street to Park Street.
