§ 52.045  PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM DEFINED; APPROVAL OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   A PUBLIC WATER SYSTEM is a publicly or privately owned water system regularly serving drinking water to the public and having at least 15 service connections that are used at least 60 days of the year or serve an average of 25 individuals at least 60 days of a year.
   (B)   Plans and specifications must be approved by the State Division of Environmental Health.
