§ 52.030  CONNECTIONS BEYOND TOWN LIMITS.
   Any person owning or controlling premises located beyond the corporate limits and desiring to install a plumbing system for the purpose of discharging domestic wastewater or industrial waste into the sanitary sewers of the town may do so by complying with the requirements of this chapter and paying all applicable fees and charges.
