§ 52.026  APPLICATION FOR CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   No connection shall be made to any sewer or water lateral except after approval of the written application therefore.
   (B)   Every application for a sewer or water connection shall state the name of the owner of the lot, the name of the street on which the lot is situated, the number of the house, if there is a house on the lot or, if not, a description of the location of the lot, the number and kind of connections required and the character of surface of the abutting street. Every application shall be signed by the person making the application and shall be accompanied by the proper fee for making the connection applied for.
   (C)   No person shall make any connection of roof down spouts, exterior foundation drains, area drains, or other sources of inflow, groundwater or other unpolluted waters to a building sewer or building drain which in turn is connected, directly or indirectly, to a public sanitary sewer.
