(A) All water fees are due upon receipt.
(B) If the fee is not received by the fifteenth day, it will be subject to a penalty in an amount as set by the Board from time to time, and if not received by the twentieth day, the service will be disconnected in accordance with the policies set forth in § 50.07.
(C) Thereafter, service will not be reconnected until all past due amounts are paid, plus a reconnection fee in an amount set by the Board from time to time.
(D) These fees may be changed hereafter by the Town Board.
