§ 50.01  SWIMMING POOLS; SEWER BILL.
   (A)   In order to avoid paying for sewer when filling up a swimming pool, the town will allow a once-a-year swimming pool fill-up. Adjustment process: an average of three prior month's bills to determine the gallons used, gallons used will be multiplied by price per gallons for each water and sewer. The water will be billed as used; however, the allowance will be only for the sewer.
   (B)   Should there be a substantial water leak at service location, the town will consider a request to make a one-time adjustment for the water and sewer charges. Adjustment process: an average of three prior month's bills to determine the gallons used, gallons used will be multiplied by price per gallon for each water and sewer.
   (C)   All adjustments must be approved by the Public Works Director on a case-by-case basis.
