§ 31.24  DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN OFFICIAL ACTION.
   All town officials who have interest in any official act or action before the Board of Aldermen shall publicly disclose on the record of the Board of Aldermen the nature and extent of the interest and shall withdraw from any consideration of the matter if excused by the Board of Aldermen.
