§ 31.03  TAX COLLECTOR.
   (A)   The Board shall contract with the County Tax Collector for the collection of municipal taxes according to G.S. § 105-349.
   (B)   The County Tax Collector shall supply the Mayor and Board with any information as they may require of him or her relative to the performance of his or her duties.
   (C)   The County Tax Collector shall make periodic reports to the Board listing therein all funds collected by him or her.
   (D)   The County Tax Collector shall perform other duties required by law, or as the Board may direct.
