§ 74.01  PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY.
   The purpose of the chapter is to regulate the operation of golf carts on any public street, road or highway within the jurisdiction of the Town of Grimesland, under the authority of G.S. § 160A-300.6, in order to provide certain limited safety protections relating to golf cart operators, golf cart passengers and other users of streets and highways.
