(A) The Town of Grimesland Board of Alderman has borne the total expense for the service of trash and recycle since its inception into the town;
(B) The Town of Grimesland Board of Aldermen has determined that the cost incurred by the town to provide service to the residents at no cost to them has become an expense that the town is unable to continue to provide. This fee will be passed on to the residents at a reduced price as negotiated by the town with the Contractor;
(C) The town requires all residents (residential and commercial) to receive this service, without exception. A deposit shall be required of all recipients. The service wll be billed monthly under the RVS billing software;
(D) The Town Board of Aldermen hereby sets the trash and recycle fees, effective July 1, 2018 as follows:
(1) Residential: $10;
(2) Commercial: $25; and
(3) Recycle deposit: $15.
