§ 113.01  POOL/GAME ROOMS.
   No person operating a pocket billiard, poolroom or game room in the town shall be allowed to play on any table when the place is closed, or unattended. It shall be unlawful for any person owning or operating a pocket billiard, poolroom or game room in the town to allow or permit any person under 16 years of age to loiter in the pocket billiard, poolroom or game room unless accompanied by his or her parent or guardian. In the event the keeper of the billiard, poolroom or game room is of the opinion that any person desiring admission thereto is under 16 years of age, he or she shall require the person to furnish proof of his or her age by use of either a birth certificate or driver’s license.
