§ 111.09  FRANCHISE FEE.
   The grantee shall pay to the town the franchise fees as required by contract until the expiration of the contract. The state distributes appropriate fees to the town based on the state’s criteria for distribution.  All existing payment shall be paid to the town from the contract quarterly until expiration of the contract(s).
