§ 111.06  PUBLIC SERVICE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICE.
   The grantee shall provide basic cable service without monthly service charge to all town offices and schools and to all town fire, rescue and ambulance stations and hospitals, provided the lines of the CATV system pass the facilities in the normal course of business.
