§ 111.04  GRANTEE LIABILITY, INDEMNIFICATION, WORKER’S COMPENSATION AND INSURANCE COVERAGE.
   (A)   The grantee shall save the town harmless from all loss sustained by the town on account of any suit, judgement, execution, claim or demand whatsoever arising out of the construction, operation and maintenance of the CATV system by the grantee. The grantee shall agree to maintain and keep in full force and effect at all times during the term of the franchise and during any operation by it of the CATV system sufficient liability insurance coverage to protect the town against the claims, suits, judgments, executions or demands in a sum in an amount as set by the Board from time to time per person in any one claim: one million dollars as to any one accident or occurrence, and not less than an amount as set by the Board from time to time for property damage as to any one accident or occurrence.
   (B)   The grantee shall also maintain in full force and effect throughout the term of its franchise and during any operation by it of the CATV system sufficient worker’s compensation insurance coverage to adequately and fully protect its agents and employees as required by law.
