§ 110.02  ELECTRONIC GAMING OPERATION.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      ELECTRONIC GAMING OPERATION or INTERNET SWEEPSTAKES OPERATIONS/CAFÉ.  Any business enterprise, whether as a principal or accessory use, where persons utilize electronic machines, including but not limited to computers and gaming terminals (collectively the “machines”) to conduct games of chance including sweepstakes, and where cash, merchandise or other items of value are redeemed or otherwise distributed, whether or not the value of the distribution is determined by electronic games played or by predetermined odds. ELECTRONIC GAMING OPERATIONS may include, but are not limited to, internet cafes, internet sweepstakes, electronic gaming machines/operations, or cyber cafes. This does not include any lottery approved by the state or any nonprofit operation that is otherwise lawful under state law (for example, church or civic organization fundraisers).
   (B)   At all times while open for business and while patrons are on the premises, electronic gaming operations shall be open for direct, unobstructed access by police/sheriff officers, Fire Department and emergency response personnel and shall be visible from the exterior front of the establishment. Entrance doors shall remain unlocked at all times while patrons are on the premises.
   (C)   No person or entity engaged in electronic gaming operations as defined herein shall engage in the business before 9:00 a.m. or after 11:00 p.m. on Sunday through Thursday and before 9:00 a.m. or after 1:00 a.m. the following morning on Friday and Saturday.
   (D)   No electronic gaming establishment shall allow, permit or condone any person under the age of 18 to engage in electronic gaming operations.
   (E)   Food or beverages (including alcoholic beverages) if served, the establishment must meet the requirements of the County Health Services or the appropriate State Agency and shall be disclosed at the time of application.
   (F)   Firearms are prohibited in electronic gaming establishments.
   (G)   Location: is allowed only in B-1 Commercial District.
   (H)   License fee is set in an amount as set by the Board from time to time pursuant to state law.
